NEW COLORS FOR SURF, BEACH, AND METAL-FRAMED GLASSES
All of Bajío sunglasses can be worn anywhere, but the Surf and Beach frames are more casual and perfect for the surf or beach. They added some new colors to all of them.
For Surf, the Caballo, Hopedale, Chelem, and Calda have new and unique color options. The Caballo now comes in a brown turtle gloss frame, and the Hopedale is available in a yellow glass matte frame. The Chelem added three new colors: dark blue glass gloss, tort-rose turtle gloss, and red yellow sky matte, and the Calda is now offered in a peach glass matte frame.
In the Beach category, the Paila frames now have two more colors, green blue sky gloss and brown glass gloss, and the 12 South now comes in a blue sky gloss color. All three of these new colors are very unique and stand out. The Cometa and Paraiso frames are designed with females in mind and now have two new colors each: black pink sky gloss, and brown green sky gloss for the Cometa and white glass matte and blue rock gloss for the Paraiso.
If you like metal sunglasses, Bajío has you covered with several options. They still include the great polarization the brand is known for, and add some unique style when you are on the water. New for this year are some new colors of their existing frames. The Solado and Tiona frames are popular with women, and the latest color frame is called light pink glass matte. These and the other metal frames are available in the seven Bajío lens colors.
NEW HATS TO CHOOSE FROM
Bajío makes great sunglasses, but also has some great fish-inspired designs for their hats. All of them are custom-made by well-known tattoo artist Casey Anderson and feature a vast variety of fish species. They have bass designs, but also many saltwater fish species and some unique freshwater species like catfish, carp, and crawfish.
New for this year is a new tarpon and sandflea design for their flat-brim corduroy hats, and a patch hat lineup that includes marlin, tarpon, brook trout, and largemouth bass. They added a striper design for the flat-brim trucker hats. They now have a largemouth, redfish, and dorado hat for the flat brim performance hat.
Lastly, they have a bass head design for their perforated technical hats. All of the new and existing designs look great and allow you to show off your favorite species, and they are sure to be conversation starters when you run into a fellow angler.
In a few short years, Bajío has become one of the most popular sunglass brands, and they continue to push ahead and do things their way. This year, they’ve added some great new sunglasses, new colors for their existing brands, and some great hats that any angler can appreciate. •
