Daiwa is a fishing megabrand that makes some of the best rods and reels on the market. What makes them so great is that they have rods and reels for any budget, from the beginner to the enthusiast. At ICAST, they unveiled plenty more products, including the following items that will interest bass anglers.
TATULA 100 AND STEEZ-A 100 UPDATE
For Daiwa, the Tatula and Steez are two of their biggest names, and there are new versions of two of them in the 100 size. The ultra-popular Daiwa Tatula 100 has been redesigned with Daiwa’s Hyperdrive. This is the same system that offers durability and smooth retrieves from the higher-end Steez and Zillion lineups, now brought to the popular Tatula lineup. The new Tatula 100 retails for $179.99.
The newest Steez-A is the 100 model that costs a premium price, $649.99, but offers the best Daiwa has to offer for technology. It’s incredibly smooth and casts
excellent, thanks to the G1 Duralumin MAG-Z Boost Spool.
NEW TATULA ELITE AGS MODELS
Said to be the “lightest Tatula Elite rods ever,” the popular Tatula Elite Series has some new models. These rods were designed while working closely with Daiwa professional anglers, who had the final say in how the rods were designed. Everything from the actions, power, and handle lengths were part of the process and the pros built rods for techniques that they are known for.
