RESEARCH

If I have the opportunity to do any research on this new body of water, prior to my arrival, I will. This entails looking at my detailed LakeMaster Contour Elite program to see what the depth and layout of the lake is, or looking at apps such as Google Earth or Humminbird FishSmart to look at aerial views of the body of water I am fishing,

If the body of water I’m going to is a popular tournament lake, I review past results to see what the catches were like and do some online research for any recent fishing reports.
