1. The fewer steps between nature and

your stomach, the better.

2. If you can’t pronounce it, don’t eat it. 3. Artificial flavors are exactly that.

of the day.

5. Cook at home more than you dine out.

of crawdads or shad?

They do not seem to

be very tired with a

mouth and belly full of food. This food digests easy and gives them plenty of energy. it should go for humans too. You function best when you are eating natural whole foods. Basically, all food grown before the early 1900’s was organic. organic is the way we have been farming for many generations.

Our great grand parents ate what grew around them and the animals native to that region. They would probably laugh at drinking ‘skimmed’ milk or cutting away the fat on a delicious cut of meat. My mother grew up on a farm so i asked her what it was like. She ate what they grew. including bacon, raw whole milk, raw butter, and lard. She personally cannot recall a time when anyone in her family got sick from of the food they ate. at this time, it wasn’t called organic food…it was just food. My Uncle ron remembers getting raw whole milk delivered in glass bottles to their home each week. and no one ever got sick from it.
