Well, he might - but he shouldn’t. Get the right size frames for your head. If they slide down on your cheek, they are too big. If they get a little foggy on a hot day, you know you’ve got the right size. When I’m sight fishing in the spring, I may go through four or five pairs in a day - for sure, a minimum of three; because as the light changes during the day the best lens color for the situation changes. The light penetration in the lowlight conditions of the morning vs. mid day makes a difference. If you are having a hard time seeing what you think you should be seeing, switch your color of lenses to decide which works best for your conditions. If your budget allows for only one color lens, for the fall I would suggest a copper lens. I also like blue mirror as an overall, good, all-around choice.

MAKE ‘EM LAST

One suggestion that I would have to make your glasses last longer is to treat them as you would one of your $100 swimbaits or $200 combos. Store them properly when not in use - that means in their case,
