s an individual who works in the fishing
industry, seeing the increase in people taking
an interest in fishing is great. Fishing license sales have risen in most states over the past several years,
and fishing tackle sales at retail stores continue to be high.
While this is a great thing for the fishing industry, and it gets
more kids outside, it translates into a dramatic increase in
fishing pressure.
BASS MOVEMENT RELATING TO ENVIRONMENTAL PRESSURE EXPLAINED
Environmental pressure is when weather conditions change, and those conditions change how the bass are biting. They may either go on complete shut down mode, until that barometric pressure stabilizes or swings back to the other direction, or they may relocate on the cover they are using.
Example: If the bass were holding on the edge of the vegetation, they may leave that edge, and just slide back into the denser vegetation.
