asking about the menus, overlay data,
sonar interpretation, GPS positioning and
many more. Here, I have chosen a few of the frequent questions, covering current and recent
model units that most fishermen are still using to get
you thinking about the potential of the electronics you
have on your boat.
These Q & A’s may help with some questions you
may have been thinking about or make you think of
expanding the use of your electronics. The content
may inspire you to learn more and experiment with
those great Lowrance Electronics you have on your
boat.

QUESTION #1
I have an HDS Gen3; but don’t want 3D right now. Can I connect the 3D transducer direct to the unit and have regular StructureScan?
ANSWER #1
You cannot connect a 3D transducer directly to the unit. It has a module that will connect to the unit via an Ethernet cable. The 3D LSS module is
