The combination of warming water
temperatures and longer periods of daylight signal clearly that the spawn is on the
horizon. Below the surface of the water, bass
are moving into pre spawn mode. Above the
water, anglers are in hot pursuit. In this battle of aquatic warfare, crankbaits are one of the most effective tools anglers can have in their arsenal for spring time bassin’. From North to South and East to West, crankbaits just plain catch ‘em and on the deep clear water lakes and reservoirs of Northern California this is no exception.
