ven though we are of- ficially amidst the winter season, the signs of spring have already sprung. The cherry blossoms have sprouted on the trees, we have already had our first 70-degree day and FLW Tour pro Kevin Stewart from Elk Grove, Calif. has tied on what he calls “his version of a swim jig”.
