Rather, the Knuckle Bait is
something of a self-
defined bait that
pulls some of the
best elements of a
couple different styles.
“ This is a brand-new

quality fish during the
Knuckle Bait ’ s R&D.
“ That ’ s the reason this
bait catches big fish and
a lot of fish is because it ’ s
something bass haven ’ t
seen before.

So, lay a Knuckle Bait next to a traditional spinnerbait and similarities are immediate. Both have
sturdy hooks, skirts and angled arms
protruding from lead
heads. But, what hangs
from the opposite ends
of those angled arms
defines the substantial
difference.
While spinnerbaits
suspend metal blades of
various size, shape and
color, the Knuckle Bait
hangs a “ knuckle ” — a
flat-bottom sphere — with
a split ring attached to a
top line tie. Yo-Zuri built two
versions of its new bait: one
has a painted knuckle, the
other a prism-like form. The
