T
hink about the amount of money you put
into fishing, whether or not you fish tour-
naments. Yeah, scary! You spend good
money to get the best products, so you should put just as much of an effort into maintaining
those products and gear. By extending the life of
your tackle, your dollar goes that much farther and
the same goes for your equipment such as reels,
rods, boat, electronics.
Now more than ever (thanks to social networking
sites and fishing forums), it is easy to sell used
equipment. Those sales can turn into money to buy
8
more new (or new to you) fishing goodies. In order to get a decent offer on your used gear, you want to make sure its been well taken care of. That starts the first day you take possession of the item.
