It’s that time of year when the tournament seasons have ended and new seasons are already getting started. It is also the time of year when many of us take time to be thankful for all that we have and enjoy the holidays with those that we love. Furthermore, December and January are clearly a transition period for bass anglers out west. It’s time to put the shorts and flip flops away and get out the heavy winter gear!
We had a great time at the Angler’s Marine Bass-A-Thon last month and saw tons of hot new bass tackle, boats and accessories. For those who were not able to go, we hope you had a chance to see some of the videos that Jody Only filmed for us which were shown on WesternBass TV . We also have a great Bass-A-Thon re-cap article in this issue with additional video footage. We want to thank Jody for all of her hard work on this project!
WesternBass Magazine continues to grow and we have worked hard to get this issue out a little earlier than normal to hopefully help everyone with some holiday gift ideas. We hope you give our advertisers a chance at your holiday business since they are the ones who make this free publication possible for you. We are looking forward to the ISE shows in the coming months and will be co-sponsoring the Demo tank along with World Fishing Network at the Sacramento show. We’ll be in the demo tank area every day and hope to meet as many of you as possible.
