didn’t discourage her and when Dave got off the elevator, she followed him to Don’s room. Nollar knocked on the door, and Lee was in his pajamas when he opened the door and said ‘Here’s your hundred,’ and Nollar said, “And here SHE is’ and pushed the gal into Don’s room. Little did Nollar know that Don’s wife (Peggy) was in the room.” “At Lake Havasu just prior to boat inspection, I was informed that Fred Borders had placed a blow up ‘Judy Doll’ in the for-
ward compartment of Iovino’s boat. In that the normal boat inspection was a drive-by with two live well lids open, the doll would not be seen as it had been placed in the for- ward compartment in front of the seat,” noted Harvey. “I waited until Iovino had gone through the normal inspection, and then turned up the volume on the loud- speaker so all could hear clearly, and called out ‘Don Iovino‚ you have been randomly selected for a full boat inspection.” “I was in the running in the tournament and all I could think about was getting on my fish and winning,” recalled Iovino. “All of a sudden Harvey’s calling me back to the dock. Then they pull that damn doll out and and the place went crazy. Another time Harvey and Don Lee put my face on a toilet lid and raffled it for $500.” Fred Ward remembers a Havasu tourna- ment where the joke was on all involved. “The night before the tournament, Harvey, Pat Donoho and a bunch of us got into a poker game in Harvey’s room,” said Ward.
