Short, fast spinning rods designed for fishing jigs vertically, providing excellent line and lure control. Since there is minimal casting using this technique, the guides have been downsized to maximize performance and reduce weight which effectively increases sensitivity, the most important aspect of the vertical jig technique. The E6X version have Fuji guides special Fuji reel seats!

The E6X series of a 7’1” spinning rod are designed to fish spinner & bait rigs. They are slightly more powerful in the butt-section to help lift the rig and fish it more effectively, with a beefed-up mid-section to drive the hook home, and with a soft tip-section to help detect even the lightest tug. The E6X model have Fuji guides and reel seats.
