Fletcher Shryock 2011 Bassmaster Qualifier
“The shad shape worm is my go to drop shot bait for smallmouth bass anywhere I fish. I’ve caught more smallmouth on this bait than any other. I like to nose hook it on a size 1 drop shot hook, with a 12” leader weighted by a 1/4oz drop shot weight on light line.
The D-shad has a shimmy/tantalizing fall similar to a Senko because
of the material the bait is made of, but it also glides side to side like
an injured baitfish which is deadly. I like to rig this bait weightless on a Texas rig so it is weedless and able to glide through cover.”

The Thin Senko is an excellent drop shot bait. I like to
nose hook it as well as wacky rig it.
“I really like the Flappin Hog because it’s so versatile. I can
to pitch and flip it around visible cover. I can also
jig for a large profile trailer.

“I like to rig the big six-inch Senko on a heavy shakey head to fish deep or shallow around cover.
