COREY JACOBSEN has finished in the top five in the Professional Division at the RMEF World Championship Elk Calling contest 14 times in the past 15 years, and has eight World Elk Calling titles--more than any other person ever. In 2013, Corey was named the first- ever RMEF “Champion of Champions”. Corey recognizes that success on the stage doesn’t necessarily relate to success in the field and he lives for the “real” contest that takes place in the elk woods every September. His seminar will share secrets of calling and hunting.

SCOTT & TIFFANY HAUGEN are teachers, authors, TV-show hosts, editors and passionate outdoor enthusiasts that almost daily pass along the fishing or hunting traditions to their children in Oregon to Alaska to Africa. Scott Haugen spends more than 200 days a year in the field, hunting, fishing, scouting and photographing wildlife. Tiffany is the creator of numerous, highly popular cookbooks and contributes to more than 30 magazines a month.

GUY EASTMAN is one of ISE’s most- popular speakers. Guy has been hunting and filming western trophy big game for more than 25 years and is publisher of Eastmans’ Hunting Journal and Eastmans’ Bowhunting Journal. He hosts Eastmans’ Hunting Journal TV.

PARREY CREMEANS is an outfitter and the Mossy Oak Big Game Regional Pro Staff Manager for most of the western U.S. Growing up in northern California, Parrey has been an avid bow hunter for 34 years. Blacktail deer are his primary target. He’s taken a dozen Pope and Young blacktail bucks. He’ll share tips at his deer talk. Parrey’s second seminar is on predator hunting for bear and coyote. He says: “With the pursuit of bears and bobcats with dogs taken away from us, now more than ever we need to step up to control predators.” His talk covers nearby predators, calling techniques, proven set-ups, particular weapons that excel for this type of hunting.

JAMES STONE owns The Elite Sportsmen Guide Service, offering year-around, fully guided fishing and hunting trips in northern California. James’ seminar will cover topics that greatly affect your duck- and goose- hunting success in the field, including: hunting factors commonly overlooked while going to the blind, such as decoy placement, motion decoys, styles of decoys, wind direction, field location and purpose, concealment, dog hide, and calling birds. James will provide plenty of specific examples and pictures for different situations.

JOHN HIGLEY ’s seminar will provide attendees with a better understanding

of turkey behavior and how to be a more successful hunter. Subjects covered include: population dynamics, finding turkeys, calls and calling, new and best gear, and everything in between. Learn from the man who wrote the book on turkey!

CASEY STAFFORD is a full-time guide. His presentation on hunting wild hogs covers everything from regulations and requirements, gear and equipment needed, hunting tips and tactics, to a quick gutting and skinning “how-to”.

BILL MAYS owns the e-zine “Wing and Clay” and will take you to the goose and duck blinds of northern California through his action videos and photos. Learn blind set up, decoy placement, and how to duck call with live video hunts and the latest gear. Mays also hosts ISE’s Sporting-Dog Arena (outside Building B).

BILLY GIANQUINTO is a local waterfowling legend and member of the California Outdoor Hall of Fame. He specializes in calling whistling ducks and teaching hunters. Gianquinto has produced a series of instructional DVD’s and, for this seminar, will actually teach you how to call and whistle.
