Lab testing is a huge part of our quality control and re fi nement process. Our Jaguar Design™ team uses multiple labs and several different testing procedures to con fi rm we are producing the best possible products. To check for surface imperfections and color consistency, high quality optics coupled with both natural and enhanced lighting is used. We also run fact- fi nding tests such as the ASTM-B117 salt spray to check the corrosion resistance of substrates. While these tests may seem overboard, we are passionate about the quality standards of the products we supply.
Just because an item passes our laboratory testing doesn’t mean it’s fi t for real world application. The next phase comes from intense testing and scrutiny by our Team RainShadow™ Pro-Staff. These talented teams, individuals, and guides provide the necessary feedback we require to make sure a particular product fi shes at a superior level. If any improvements can be made, our Jaguar Design™ team will make the necessary adjustments.
