01. PLANNING
Strategic planning is a critical step to the Jaguar Design™ team. Whether or not the project is for a large customer or for a small one-time order, we approach every project with the same tenacity. We use the same methodical standard operating procedures for all in-house projects as well as designing new products for our customers. After all, proper planning doesn’t just guarantee that goals are met every single time; it’s the very foundation of our success.
02. Design
Initially diving into the fi rst stages of development, how we conceptualize a new product is crucial. The end result must be absolute perfection so that 100% customer satisfaction is reached every time. This is achieved by communicating and asking questions so our team can plan the most ef fi cient methods possible. Generally, we begin this stage with basic rough sketches that allow Jaguar Design™ to ef fi ciently modify a design before moving forward.
03. ROADMAP
Once a SolidWorks™ design has been created, the customer needs to approve and sign off on the design. The design will then be presented to a vendor for pricing. The Jaguar Design™ team reviews pricing, designs, and time lines associated with bringing the product to market. If this is satisfactory, we fi nalize the designs and work towards producing physical samples. Our team works closely with the customer to make sure when the product arrives it meets each customers’ unique needs.
04. sampling
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Samples of the design can be provided before orders are produced. This ensures, from discovery to samples, no detail is overlooked. Acquiring physical samples allows you to evaluate and test the actual products, so improvements can be made before production begins. Despite our team providing the best designs on the market, nothing compares to the real sample. Without a doubt, product sampling allows a much higher level of ef fi ciency on all sides.
05. REFINING
Once samples of a given product are produced, the next step is product testing. Whether it’s a rod blank, component, or any product, our methods and standards of testing will give you the ultimate peace of mind. Working closely with the client, our Jaguar Design™ team will set the standards for quality control so that we achieve the required level of re fi nement. We then let the customers take the product and test it out the way they would use it for their application.
06. production
When production begins, customers will have full con fi dence that the end result is nothing but the best. Since customer service is the foundation of Jaguar Design™, the lines of communication will always remain open after production has gone to market. Jaguar Design™ is just an e-mail or phone call away should any questions or concerns arise.
